Swing Technician. The Central Toronto Veterinary Referral & Emergency clinic is a premier specialty referral and emergency centre, privately owned and operated. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality of care for our patients, clients, and referring veterinarians. Through the development of a boutique hospital environment we have created a state-of-the art, service-driven facility that caters to the specific needs of our patients and clients. We are accepting applications for Registered Veterinary Technicians to join our team, in the position of a swing technician. Our transition RVTs work 10-hr or 12-hr shifts, with a consistent schedule. Our clinic's rotation is unique and will support your health, well being and work/ life balance. Qualifications:  •Graduated from an Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians (OAVT) accredited college program •Successfully pass the Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE). •Maintain membership with the Ontario Association of Veterinary Technicians (OAVT) in good standing, required. The successful candidate will possess multi-tasking skills to manage our high-volume workflow(s) efficiently while demonstrating an attention to detail that maintains our standards for quality and compassionate patient care.  You will be positive, team orientated and possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with our clients, Veterinarians, and colleagues. Compensation:  •Trend setting hourly salary commensurate; •Shift premiums; •Ontario Association of Veterinary Technician (OAVT) annual dues reimbursement; •Continued education support; including conference & speciality certification  •Fear free certification •CPR online didactic and in-house training by certified RACE instructors  •Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance and employee assistance programs; •Staff pet allowance; and •4 Uniform(s)/ year.
