Badge Registrations, Meal Orders and CE Passes
Review the exhibitor badge registration form for information on number of badges included with booth rental space, instructions on ordering meal tickets and to register any of your representatives for conference sessions. Each individual of your party must be registered under their own name, title and email so we can create a unique badge and QR code.
Complete your online registration form and submit your answers by Dec. 15.
Customs Recognition Letter
To receive a copy of the Canada Boarder Services Agency letter, which must be presented to a Canada Customs Official at the time of entry into the country (for US exhibitors), contact Sasha Basiri, manager of events and sponsorship, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Show Services and Furniture Rental
Stronco, our official show services company, will be able to assist you will all your logistical and material handling needs. Review the order form to learn how to place your order online and contact email@example.com for any inquiries. Stronco can also assist with your booth furnishing needs. If you require tables, chairs, carpeting or decor, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
There are no furnishings included with booth rentals in the exhibit hall, however tabletop displays will be provided with an eight-foot skirted table and two chairs.

Moving In and Out
Confirmation of your move-in time will be provided in early January. Exhibitors will not be allowed access to the loading docks until their designated move-in time, unless arranged in advance. Move in will take place on Jan. 24, and teardown can start no earlier than 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 27. Adherence to your assigned move in times should help in making the overall move-in process as smooth as possible.
OVMA's room block at The Westin Harbour Castle has officially sold out. We are working on securing another room block at a nearby hotel. We appreciate your patience and will advise as soon as we have information on a new hotel.
