We are looking for a motivated RVT to join our team at Taunton Road Animal Hospital in Oshawa this July 2018.  We are a high-volume practice with five RVT's currently.  We are open Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.  Shifts are 4 or 8 hours, including days and nights.  Saturday shifts rotate through the technologists staff.  We are closed all major holidays. Duties include: Surgery preparation and assisting, we also offer laparoscopic procedures that our RVTs assist in, Hospital care and monitoring for ill patients, Digital Radiographs using non manual restraint, Dental cleanings, radiographs and dental education to clients, Full in-house lab, Client education and technologists appointments (nails, anal glands, bloodwork, diabetic consultations, nutrition), Responsible for selecting, training and monitoring our high school co-operative students, Working as a team to provide quality care for our patients.
