An easy to use, monthly practice diagnostic report to keep you on track

What is it?

The OVMA Practice Dashboard is a FREE monthly reporting tool measuring your practices revenue, active clients and invoices. It’s set up through your practice management software using technology provided by IDEXX. Once it’s set up, it automatically sends you a monthly report, benchmarked against the previous year’s performance, and against other similar practices in the province.

Can any practice use it?

You must be an OVMA member and your practice must be using one of the following practice management software systems:

• Cornerstone
• AVImark
• Intravet
• Intravet SQL
• Infinity (ImproMed)
• DVMax
• ClienTrax

Is it easy to set-up?

Yes! Simply complete the registration form and send it to skrane@ovma.org or fax it to 905.875.0958/1.877.482.5941. Once it's received, an IDEXX technician will get in touch with you to confirm your registration - and you will begin receiving your reports. It's that easy!

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Any and all of your information will be held strictly confidential by OVMA and IDEXX.

Bonus Feature: Sign Up for Dashboard Alerts!

Clinic members have the option of registering to receive Dashboard Alerts. Once registered, your monthly dashboard will be monitored by OVMA staff and you will be alerted to any ongoing performance issues. If we see an issue in your monthly report, you will be contacted by an OVMA team member to resolve the issue and provided with additional support.
