Elevate your patellar luxation skills with expert-led, hands-on training! Join Movora for a two-day workshop presented by VOI on August 22–23 at the University of Calgary, led by renowned surgical expert Dr. Terri Schiller, DVM, MS, CCRP, DACVS-SA.
This beginner-friendly workshop takes you from confidently diagnosing and grading Medial Patellar Luxation (MPL) to performing key surgical techniques — including tibial tuberosity transposition, sulcoplasty, wedge recession, block recession, and SCRT patellar techniques. Lectures and real-world case reviews are followed by hands-on cadaver and bone model labs, with postoperative management also covered. You'll leave with practical strategies and the confidence to tackle this common orthopedic condition in your own practice.
This workshop is open to all participants with no prior orthopedic experience required. A working knowledge of stifle anatomy is recommended. Appropriate for both specialists and general practitioners looking to advance their orthopedic knowledge and skills.
